My experience with Zulieka at Executive Design Realty. I'll try to be brief. I'm originally from NJ, I relocated to NC August of 2003. I had been looking for a house for almost a year. During this time I was stressed beyond measure w/ unreliable Agents. Yes, im demanding with a high strong personality. I also wanted a lot for very little money. I was aggravated ready to give up. Meanwhile, I had been fasting and going to Church. Whenever they would open the church door. Just for some peace of mind. I was introduced to just the right person Zulieka. She took care of everything. I didn't have to do ant back tracking or calling anyone. It was a point when the loan officer/ was giving me the run around. She step in and all call high and low until she got the problem resolved. I needed more money or. I wasn't going to get the house. She said." Oh Niya is going to get this house even if I don't get paid) She encourage me to stay in pray and give it to God. Also, let me call on her day or night! Thanks to the chronicles 4:10 the prayer of Jabez and Zulieka. I've been in my house for 1 yr this 08/06! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our experience with Executive Design was wonderful. The was not the first time we purchased a home but it was our first time having a realtor. Zuleika was always very nice, very professional and willing to go above and beyond to insure that her customers needs are met. She showed us quality service in the way she helped us meet our needs as well as working with other entities in the home buying process.
